It was engaging and easy to follow, I was happy to be told to "stand up and do the exercise now" to stay present, and it was visually stimulating to have a variety of videos. Thank you both for making this not only delightful to watch/listen to but very educational. I started using the exercises and cuing for my patients even before I completed the course. This was a fantastic sequel to the first course. I appreciated the detailed exercise photos with the videos. I do wish the option of a "previous" button for the videos was available because I went back over them many times. Thank you for all the thought you both must have put into this. Fun and informative! This course is an excellent tool for massage therapists to add in an exercise program for both pre and post joint replacements. The exercises are well described with modifications available for weaker clients and also for athletic strong clients. I really enjoyed how this course was laid out- loved the presentation of theory, pictures and then the opportunity to practice the exercises:) After being a kinesiologist for only one year, I found this 2-part course very useful in making sure I had the right foundation and that I was headed in the right direction with my clients. It was also good in giving me ideas into what subject matter/research questions to ask in order to further my knowledge. Fun, easy to understand and to follow, informative. Found the workshop to be fun & engaging. Was up practicing while learning most of the time. Lots of practical, scalable activities to apply to myself & clients! I quite enjoyed it! Not only was it fun with all the integrative exercises to help drive home the points from the previous slides, but the content built on itself quite well, and the timing of the slides and movement activities were also well placed to keep brain engagement and mood high. I will happily recommend this course to others, and it already got me thinking about how these exercises could be best used in my clients, or what its applications to research could be.
